How do you track conversions when using Semble booking?

How would you focus on local SEO?

You could do a whole talk on this, but in short, I’d focus on location-specific pages and ensuring your Google Business page is set up and optimised (with lots of patient reviews) correctly. Linking to other local services will also provide relevant geographic signals. 

To what extent does traffic enhance online presence in itself? Can you just leave it to happen organically with minimal input, if you have the luxury of being a fairly unique offering in the area? 

To some extent, yes. Organic growth through word-of-mouth referrals can boost your website’s positive signals to search engines, but you can’t rely on this alone. If your healthcare offering is unique, you have a great opportunity to optimise for related search phrases due to lower competition. Consider investing in Google Ads to gain instant exposure and attract new patients while identifying keywords for long-term SEO optimisation. This dual approach can enhance your search presence and drive sustainable growth.

Can you tell us a bit more about heat mapping?

Loads of great tools out there for this, but I’d recommend starting with the free version of hotjar.
